As I write this, Christmas 2024 is quickly approaching. This list, however, is versatile and can provide inspiration for any event, holiday, or person. There is something for everyone.
Though it is a bit of an unconventional guide, it is practical. We all want–or at least should want–family and friends to be healthy and happy. With iHerb, you won’t be gifting a random trinket that will never be used. You’ll be providing comfort and the means of everyday wellness. And it is easy. It is all online, so you can have it shipped to their address or to yours.
Tea
I regularly buy my own teas from iHerb. I am always conscious of quality, cost, and the potentiality of micro-plastics. Seeing as I drink as many as five cups of tea a day, I can confidently say my favorite brands are Frontier Co-op and Traditional Medicinals. They are both high quality, potent, and have many varieties.
The ones I find myself buying over and over again are spearmint, peppermint, red raspberry leaf, and lavender chamomile. I also like this matcha powder by Sencha.
Complete the gift with a new mug, honey, and bar of dark chocolate.
Snacks
Trying new snacks from iHerb is always fun and healthy. Here are some products I’ve been eyeing.
- chocolate coconut bites
- pistachios
- freeze-dried blueberries
- popcorn
- almond flour cookies
- mushroom hot chocolate
Gifting food items is normally a safe bet, but it becomes especially thoughtful when you are giving safe foods to someone with a food allergy or restrictive diet. For example, finding a new gluten free cookie mix for a friend with celiac disease shows how much thought you put into their gift!
Skincare/Bodycare/Beauty
I think this category is self-explanatory and already everyone’s go-to. So, I will just list some cool ideas that can also be found on iHerb.
- dry brush
- lotion
- lip balm made will 100% real fruit oil
- tongue scraper (you must really know a person and how health-conscious they are to gift them this, but it is so worth it)
- insulated HydroJug
- Mad Hippie skincare set
- jade roller and gua sha
Lastly, Send Them an Electronic Gift Card
If you don’t know a person very well, they live far away, or you need a last-minute gift and don’t have time to for it to ship, an iHerb e-gift card is the solution.
You can buy one here, and it will be sent to the recipient’s email.
If you have any of your own all-purpose gift go-tos’s, please share them in the comments!
